Here you will find everything about the exchange and / or return of the products you ordered via www.keykeepa.nl. You will also find the information you need here if you have any complaints about one of our products.
Item exchange / return
If you want to return an item, you can indicate this on the return form. Once your return shipment (article and return form) is received, we will process it. In case of an exchange, the new item will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
You can return the item in the following way. In your receipt by email we will send a link for printing a return label immediately. Once you have completed the return form, you can provide the package with this label. You can then offer your package free of charge at any PostNL service point. Here the label will be scanned and you will get proof of this. Keep this good as this is your proof that you have offered the package.
Terms and conditions of exchange / return
• The item must be in unused condition.
• The item must be provided with all original stickers, labels and / or tickets.
• The item must be packaged in the original packaging.
• The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• The return form must be filled in as fully as possible and included in the packaging box.
• Goods under bank transfer are not accepted.
Once we have received your return shipment according to the above conditions, you will be informed by mail. We strive to return the (remaining) amount to your account number within 3 business days of receipt.

Should a product be damaged or returned incorrectly, KEYKEEPA has the right to refuse a product or to charge any impairment.
I have a complaint, what now?
Before the products are shipped by us, they are checked first for possible damage. Should it undoubtedly occur that you received a product that is damaged or broken, you can mention it on the return form and return the item or exchange it in the above manner.
If you have a complaint of a different nature than above, please send an email to email@example.com. We will inform you within 2 working days that we have received your complaint and of course we will try to resolve them as soon as possible for you.
